The 18 houses are located in the northern part of Bucharest, in the Pipera area, one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods. This privileged location offers quick and easy access to the main points of interest in the city, as well as to the most prestigious international educational institutions.

The project consists of 18 duplex houses symbolizing books placed in a library. Each house has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, storage spaces, a walkable terrace, garden, and covered parking per house.

The houses bear the names of renowned international authors such as Shakespeare, Hemingway, Eminescu, or Mark Twain.

The Epique Home project is under construction, with the works expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
